Refund & Return Policy — OTTO EZ

1. Return / Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
• All original tags, labels, accessories, folding, and packaging must be intact.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Clear photographs (and an unboxing video, if requested) must be attached with the return request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear (vests, briefs, trunks) — each piece is sealed for your safety and freshness. Please check the size guide before ordering to get the right fit the first time.
• Any product reported for return after the 7-day window.

4. Damages & Wrong Items

• Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• For wrong-item claims (items other than what you ordered from OTTO EZ), an unboxing video is mandatory when you file the return or exchange request.

5. Return Procedure

• Once your return or exchange request is submitted, please wait for our approval.
• Once approved, you will receive return shipping details on your registered mobile number or email.
• We will arrange a pickup within 2 days of approval (subject to serviceability).
• Shipments sent back without prior approval will be refused.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are processed after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
• The delivery window for the replacement item is the same as the original forward shipping timeline.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes our quality check.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) / shipping service fees (₹80) are non-refundable.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details to receive the refund.
