Shipping Policy — OTTO EZ

1. Delivery Area

We deliver across most locations in India. A few remote or restricted PIN codes may be non-serviceable. You can check PIN code serviceability during checkout, or contact our support team for confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 5–7 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivered within 7–10 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Fee

• Prepaid Orders above ₹599: Free delivery.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹80 is applicable.

4. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the Airway Bill (AWB) / Docket Number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment status online.

5. Secure Packaging

All products are packed with care using waterproof covers and corrugated boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
